Receptionist
Key Accountabilities:
- Welcome the visitors walking in customers to “Elite plus”& flagship store, determine nature of business, and direct customers to suitable employee or channel..
- Register "Elite plus" customers' names, date and time of visit when deeded or requested by management.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in telephone and front-desk reception within a high-volume environment.
- Receive and deal with complaining and angry customers in a professional way that reduces tension and proceed in escalating cases to the concerned part to get solutions.
- Provide a very high quality of service to keep long term relations with orange customers and increase their satisfaction.
- Promote Orange image through attitude, knowledge, customer orientation and responsiveness to "Elite plus" customer’s needs.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Administration .
- Fresh, experience in Public Relations and Customer Care activities is a plus.
