Program Delivery Specialist (Project Coordinator)
Accountabilities & Key Roles :
- Build and foster a win-win partnership between IT and related SBU/SU.
- Follow up all SBU/SU deliveries with their IT RM to ensure that all projects are implemented and rolled out successfully, and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate in establishing SLA’s between ITG and the global SBU/SU, in addition to that, ensure a continuous monitoring methodology supported by IT department.
- Ensure the delivery of the right solutions at the right time to the related function.
- Ensure that new solutions fit into the IT architecture, are aligned with the IT strategy and standardized globally.
- Ensure that third party work is executed as per signed contracts.
- Ensure Systems availability globally.
- Develop the annual IT Budget for related SBU/SU according to their requirements.
- Act as a contact point between IT functions and SBU/SU function.
- Coordinate with IT PMO Team, IT Hubs and SBU/SU function to ensure that all projects are implemented and rolled out successfully.
- Provide SBU/SU function with high level technical advice related to their IT needs.
- Follow up and resolution of IT issues raised by SBU/SU.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of IT support against the SLAs, and escalate issues whenever needed.
- Comply with all IT P&Ps, actively work towards closure of all related audit findings.
- Work actively towards spreading a proper IT governance culture among team members.
- Mitigate global IT risks related to SBU/SU projects.
- Manage relationship with vendors.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Graduated degree from a recognized University.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience.
Competencies:
- Fluent in English.
- Very good analytical and problem solving, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, communication and inter-personal and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal & Analytical Skills.
- Ability to work and communicate collectively with business partners.
