Tasks
· Handling inquiries and ensuring sufficient follow-ups are covered.
· Obtaining quotations from suppliers and analyzing them to get the complying specs, highest quality, and the best prices.
· Preparing quotations and price offers with the assistance of direct management.
· Evaluating suppliers and monitoring their performance.
· Distributing customers satisfaction surveys and analyzing results to measure the level of customers satisfaction.
· Handling recall claims and making sure that all recalled products are disposed of by clients.
· Performing marketing activities to advertise products and increase the sales volume.
· Handling received complaints and product returning claims and investigating n the root causes of these incidents while lining out the corrective and preventive plans and more.
