Role Overview: As a Teller, you will be responsible for handling various customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments. You will also assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a positive banking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Handle cash transactions with precision
– Provide exceptional customer service and support
– Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Ensure compliance with banking procedures and regulations
Qualifications:
– Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations
– Basic computer proficiency
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Prior experience as a Teller or in a similar role is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
