Human Resources Generalist
About the job
- Perform activities for all RJ staff related to their working hours, processing time records, computing payroll statistics; maintaining payroll control records and allowances adjustment as per RJ rules and regulation
- Handling Offboarding procedures, preparing various official letters and correspondences related to different employees’ issues
- Preparing employment contracts for all employees at RJ and handling all procedures that pertain to hiring an employee in the recruitment cycle
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing personnel records to determine names, rates of pay and occupations of all employees and reflecting them on payroll
- Updating and validating all changes to personnel records on the HCM
- Ensuring all employees basic information is entered correctly on the system upon hiring process.
- Compiling and preparing other payroll elements such as social security and insurance payments
- Validating the information on each action form and preparing ones for any needed process
- Preparing various letter for employees, banks and other entities..
- Corresponding to employee claims in alignment with RJ’s procedures and regulations.
- Preparing replies to all official parties which contact RJ with regards to dispensing information concerning its employees
- Carrying out all employee offboarding procedures
- Preparing all types of employment contract
- Gathering and processing information needed for social security and insurance
- Validating that all needed documents are available for all newly hired employees upon their hiring and are placed on their files respectively
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills with fluency in English.
- Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Self-motivated, organized, self-starter and dynamic.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Social Security and Labor law is a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management Sciences or any related field
