Reporting to the Levant MS&P Category Manager, you will be responsible for retain and extend customer relationship after sales , interact with customers on a reactive or proactive basis, increase customer #satisfaction and loyalty with proper after sales service , follow up all the calls related to field visits to validate the data gathered through the promoter and interact with consumers , conduct follow-up calls with mothers after #Hospital sampling and provide proper feedback.
